Eclairs



Ingredients:
Butter — 100 g
Water — 300 mL
Flour — 140 g
Eggs — 4 pcs
Filling:
Milk — 300 ml
A large yolk — 3 pieces
Sugar — 50 g
Starch — 2 tablespoons
Flour — 2 tablespoons
Vanilla — 1 tsp
Glaze:
Bitter chocolate — 100 g
Cream — 2 tablespoons
